We are looking for an engaged and passionate People Cost Control Intern to join our People & Organization team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

Main Activities:

• Contribute to tracking and analyzing personnel costs
• Support the preparation of HR budgets and cost forecasts
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to improve workforce planning and cost efficiency
• Create regular HR cost reports and dashboards for managers

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or HR Management;
• Fluent in English;
• Microsoft Office knowledge;
• Analytical skills;
• Precision, proactivity, time management, and problem-solving skills.
