She also successfully raised the angel investment funding that brought Beautycon Boxtomarket, and partnered with the likes of Bethany Mota, CAA, BBG Ventures, L’Oréal,Hearst Media, Jay Brown, and Allen DeBevoise of Third Wave Partners.Mahdara’s other business ventures include Made With Elastic, a digital advertisinga gency and entertainment consultancy she launched which serves clients such asLevi’s, HTC, Motorola, Lacoste, and BMW. Mahdara has also served as chief executive of Exopolis, a marketing agency which championed the original iPhone andthe iPhone 3G. As an entrepreneur interested in staying ahead of the curve, she hasinvested in several businesses including Hello Giggles and serves as an advisor to Warby Parker.
