• Ensuring the high-quality client experiences for both local and international customers
• Proving the leadership and mentorship to the staffs
• Setting the targets and managing KPIs
• Maintaining the store's image with window displays and visual merchandising

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of managerial experiences in Fashion Luxury/Retail industry
• Proven experiences in staff management/Sales/Retail Operations
• Business English level and minimum daily conversation level in Japanese are must
• Chinese language skillset is a plus
