Head of Studio 

Cecilie Bahnsen is looking for a Head of studio to join our team in Copenhagen. 

Cecilie Bahnsen is on an ambitious growth journey within the global luxury industry and are looking for a head of studio to partner with Creative Director to set and execute objectives, create vision and develop strategy for Design and Collaborations.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

DESIGN:

• Partner with Creative Director to lead and implement Design and Product Strategy for pre and show collections

• Develop and lead processes and critical path for Design

• Strengthen, develop and lead the Design team

• Continue to develop the Design team in expanding the design universe and collection ambitions according to strategy and objectives

• Develop and execute Design budget according to strategy and objectives

• Collaborate and support across functional communication

COLLECTION AND PRODUCT STRATEGY:

• Lead the cross-functional collaboration (product development, production, sales, branding, press), to implement the needs of the business and establish clear responsibilities, structure, and end-to-end workflows to deliver best in class results

• Collaborate with development and sales on full comprehension of seasonal line plans. Reflecting the needs of the business while incorporating the creative direction to deliver well-balanced assortment for each collection

• Accommodate market needs while staying true to the design product vision and storytelling

• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Sales Teams and Head of Development to set the collection strategy and merchandising plan

• Build product strategy, incorporating Collaboration best practices and successes to strengthen Cecilie Bahnsen's own collections

 COLLABORATIONS:

• Develop collaboration strategy in collaboration with Creative Director and CEO to position CB and drive revenue

• Build collaboration pipeline and expand network, driving outreach, introductions and proposals to prospect partners

• Build, maintain and develop strategic relationships with existing collaboration partners

• Negotiate collaboration terms and contracts

• Determine collaboration volumes and orders

• Outline collab partner activations and marketing investments efforts
