As an MTM Specialist in our HALO store Paseo de Gracia, you will be the expert and main point of reference for the Made to Measure (MTM) service at HUGO BOSS. You will guide our clients throughout the entire made-to-measure journey-from the first consultation to the final delivery-ensuring an exceptional, personalised experience that fully reflects the premium standards of our brand.

You will work closely with the Store Management team, the sales team and the central MTM teams to ensure that Made to Measure becomes a key pillar of the Serrano store's value proposition, contributing both to business growth and to strengthening long-term client relationships.

What you can expect:

1. Client service and premium MTM experience
  • Providepersonalised and expert styling adviceto clients using the Made to Measure service (suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, etc.).
  • Conductin-depth consultationscovering the intended use of the garment, style preferences, fit, fabrics, linings, details and finishing options.
  • Manage theend-to-end MTM appointment process: scheduling, pre-appointment preparation, in-store consultation and post-appointment follow-up.
  • Ensure aluxury client experience fully aligned with HUGO BOSS standardsthroughout the entire MTM customer journey.

2. Measuring and fitting
  • Performprecise measurements(body measurements and adjustments on base sizes) following HUGO BOSS MTM protocols and guidelines.
  • Guarantee animpeccable fit, identifying adjustment needs and recommending alterations to optimise drape, comfort and overall look.
  • Coordinate and overseeintermediate fittings, when required, clearly communicating order status and next steps to the client.

3. MTM order management
  • Enter and manage orders in theinternal MTM systems(configurations, options, measurements and technical comments).
  • Double-check theaccuracy and consistency of all order details(fabrics, linings, buttons, details, size and adjustments) before submitting to production.
  • Monitorlead times, potential issues and modifications, keeping clients proactively updated.
  • Perform a thoroughquality checkwhen the MTM garment arrives in store, prior to handover to the client.

4. Business development and KPIs
  • Contribute to achieving and exceedingMTM sales targetsdefined for the Serrano store.
  • Understand and analysekey KPIs(number of appointments, MTM conversion rate, average ticket, repeat clients, etc.) and suggest actions to drive improvement.
  • Work with Store Management onMTM-focused initiatives(events, trunk shows, private appointments, VIP client activations).

5. Training and MTM ambassador in store
  • Act as anambassador for the Made to Measure programwithin the store team.
  • Support and train colleagues onMTM essentials(value proposition, process, how to identify and refer potential MTM clients).
  • Stay up to date oncollections, technical options, fabrics and new featureswithin the MTM program.

6. Brand standards and store operations
  • Ensure that theMTM area/cornerin store is always immaculate, organised and in line with HUGO BOSS visual guidelines.
  • Guarantee full adherence tobrand, quality, service, image and data confidentialitystandards.
  • Support withgeneral store operationswhen needed (retail selling support, stock takes, goods reception, etc.), while keeping MTM as a key focus.


Your profile:

Education and experience
  • Preferred background inFashion, Pattern Making, Tailoring, Styling, Textile Designor related fields.
  • 2-3 years' experiencein:
    • Tailoring, Made to Measure, orluxury fashion retail, ideally in menswear.
    • Premium/luxuryclient-facing roles, preferably with tailoring or formalwear.
  • Previous experience inmeasurement taking, fitting and pattern adjustmentsis highly valued.

Technical knowledge and skills
  • Strong understanding offabrics, constructions, cuts and tailoring techniques.
  • Ability to interpret and explaintechnical fit aspects(sleeve length, shoulder width, waist suppression, ease, proportions, etc.) in a clear and engaging way.
  • Confident usingIT tools and order management systems(ERP/CRM/MTM tools).
  • Previous experience withMTM programs in premium brandswill be considered a strong plus.

Languages
  • Spanish: native or very high proficiency.
  • English: upper-intermediate level or above (able to serve international clients and handle basic tailoring terminology in English).
  • Athird language(e.g. French, Italian, German) is a plus.

  • Organised, methodical and accuratein handling measurements, orders and timelines.
  • Results-driven mindset, comfortable working towards commercial targets.
  • Strongteam player, able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders (Sales, Store Management, HQ MTM).
