AsPaid & Owned Media Manager, your rolewill be todevelop and support the execution ofthe media strategy, focusing on Paid and Owned media, connecting the dots with earned media initiatives to generate synergies, while working with and reporting into theSenior Manager.
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Implement the paid media strategy to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms.
- Plan and executepaid social, search, display, and video advertising campaigns in collaboration withSenior Manager andthe media agency.
- Ensure campaigns align with the overall brand strategy, maximising return on ad spend (ROAS) and driving both short-term sales and long-term brand equity.
- Use data and analytics to continually optimise campaigns, adjusting targeting, creative assets, and bids to improve performance.
Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Executekey paid media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and adjust campaigns throughout their lifecycle to maximise impact, ensuring the best use of budget and resources.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other media tracking platforms to ensureoptimalROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance to senior management, sharing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Creative & Content Collaboration
- Working with Senior Managerdeveloprequired content for owned & paid channels, includingimpactful influencer content creation.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure paid media content is on-brand, engaging, and optimised for each platform.
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop, test, and refine creative assets for digital campaigns.
- Ensure that paid content is aligned with brand messaging and tailored to resonate with the target audience across different touchpoints (social, search, display).
Agency Management & Budget Oversight
- Act asapoint of contact for the media agency, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and optimised for performance.
- Track and managethe paid media budget, ensuring campaigns are running within the agreed financial framework and delivering strong results.
- Track and report on budget utilisation, providing recommendations for reallocating funds to maximise the impact of high-performing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyse online sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in e-commerce platforms and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead both internal teams and external partners.
- Leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality online customer experiences.
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and website analytics tools.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, email, and affiliate marketing.
