KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and managing store processes
• Responsibility for achieving budgetary and business goals
• Long-term planning and meeting sales targets
• Establishing personnel requirements and also selecting and developing employees
• Motivating your team of employees to ensure a pleasant working atmosphere
• Meeting all operational requirements
• Setting a positive example in providing customer service and implementing our company philosophy
• Maintaining product and store aesthetics according to our standards
• Supporting and representing the Store Manager in all aspects of store and team management

Other activities related to the described responsibilities may also be part of the position.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Experience in a managerial position (Deputy/Store Manager)
• High affinity and knowledge of relevant metrics
• Organizational skills and excellent time management
• Analytical and business mindset
• Resilience under stress
• Responsibility and independence
• Interest in fashion and the latest trends
• Positive attitude, communication skills, and high commitment
• Very good knowledge of Slovak and English

Salary conditions (gross):

€1,662.08 per month with possible monthly bonuses based on achieved sales.
