We are looking for a colleague for the position of:

STORE MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and managing store processes
• Responsibility for meeting budgetary and business objectives
• Long-term planning and achievement of sales targets
• Defining staffing needs, recruitment, and employee development
• Motivating the team to ensure a positive and engaging work environment
• Ensuring compliance with all operational requirements
• Maintaining product and store aesthetics in line with company standards
• Acting as a positive role model in customer service and representing the company's philosophy

The role may also include additional tasks related to the responsibilities listed above.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a managerial role (Deputy / Store Manager)
• Strong affinity with and understanding of relevant business metrics
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Analytical and commercial mindset
• High level of stress resistance
• Responsibility and ability to work independently
• Interest in fashion and current trends
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and high level of commitment
• Very good knowledge of Slovak and English

Salary conditions (gross):
EUR 2,045 per month possible monthly bonuses based on achieved sales
