Shipping Clerk

Michelle Farmer is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team. We specialize in manufacturing exquisite luxury womenswear garments made in the USA in our West Palm Beach Atelier. Michelle Farmer has boutiques located in Palm Beach, Southampton NY and Boca Raton. Our brand embodies sophistication, craftsmanship, and integrity.

About the Role:

As a Shipping Clerk you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise to support daily store operations. This role ensures all inventory is accurately tracked, properly prepared, and delivered to store locations and customers in a timely manner. The logistics assistant plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, quality standards, and smooth merchandise flow across multiple locations.

Shipping Clerk is responsible for the following and not limited to:

• Process, ship and receive merchandise 

• Transport merchandise between the atelier and southern store locations

• Track and log all incoming and outgoing packages accurately

• Inspect new merchandise upon arrival to ensure it meets quality standards

• Match purchase orders, packing slips, and received goods for accuracy

• Tag, process, steam, and prepare merchandise for store floors

• Monitor merchandise movement and inventory accuracy

• Fulfill and ship online orders accurately and on time

• Assist with inventory counts across multiple store locations

• Help with set-up and breakdown for events, trunk shows, and new store openings

• Handle merchandise with care to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to commute to our West Palm Beach office.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency with computer systems, including POS and Shopify .

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, accountability and follow through.

• Must be fluent in English and legal to work in the United States .
