Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with NY Team and Vender to ensure that product specifications are viable.
Evaluating Fit sample / PPS / TOP.
Support manager to follow up Inspection report / CAP.
Communicate and drive calendar milestones in partnership with NY RTW team.
Host the Weekly WIP call with factories - NY/Vendor.
Support Manager to approve materials and Shade bands, review QC Files.
Support onboarding of new SP's.
Visiting manufacturing sites and reporting back to senior management (MLC, 2-3 times/quarterly).
Handling a range of admin duties, packing sample and send parcel.
Support Manager to establish quality control standards and SOP.
Ensuring all products are high-quality and that they conform to company standards and brand values.

Requirements:

Associate degree in fashion, technical design, or a related field. Bachelor's degree is preferable.
5+ years' experience for Sr. merchandising position.
Practical experience with software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD, Microsoft Office.
Experience in working with sample rooms, patternmakers and factories.
Knowledge with pattern and grading rule, marker.
The ability to justify design changes.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Deadline-driven and committed to quality.
Strong communication skills in written & spoken English.
High attention to detail.
Luxury brand background a plus.
